Details: Order Verifiers are needed to work at home conducting on-phone 3rd party verifications of customer orders.
This company acts as a 3rd party verifier for companies that setup recurring payments for services such as phone service, internet access, business services, etc. After the client-companies have a customer who is ready to complete such a purchase, they will conference-call the verification system where an order verifier asks a few questions to ensure that the customer knows what they are signing up for.
As an order verifier, you would be responsible for answering calls during a 4-5 hour shift. Calls will be forwarded to your home-office phone number as they come in, and a script pertaining to the current call will load on your web-browser.
Requirements: Must have home office with high-speed internet. Must have phone line to accept calls routed by system computer (phone number is never released to anyone.) Must have previous customer service experience.
